The Missouri Department of Social Services filed the following emergency amendments with the Secretary of State's Office on March 21, 2005. These emergency amendments provide for the calculation of nursing facility Medicaid per diem rates effective for dates of service beginning April 1, 2005 to revise the rebase provisions to update the databank and to provide for a minimum utilization adjustment of 85% for the administration and capital cost components.
