The Missouri Department of Social Services filed the following proposed amendments with the Secretary of State's Office on March 29, 2005. These proposed amendments provide for the calculation of nursing facility and HIV nursing facility Medicaid per diem rates effective for dates of service beginning April 1, 2005 to revise the rebase provisions to update the databank and to provide for a minimum utilization adjustment of 85% for the administration and capital cost components. The proposed amendments also provide for the calculation of per diem rates for SFY 2006.
