MISSION STATEMENT
It shall be the mission of the Children’s Services Program to empower and strengthen families so that they may set the highest expectations for their blind or visually impaired children.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
The following are the core functions of the Children’s Services Program:
1. Early identification and intervention
2. Strengthening a positive sense of self, regardless of vision loss
3. Facilitating access to community services related to the individual needs of the blind/visually impaired child
4. Enabling families to find the answers they need.
