Subject: Maintenance Policy and Implementation Plan
RSB’s policy for providing maintenance will change from the current procedure (using R-10 A and B forms) to the procedure outlined in the attached document. Effective December 20, 2004, all maintenance will be computed using this new procedure.
There will be some cases in which a consumer’s financial situation will be negatively impacted by this policy change. In order to provide a means of protecting our consumers from a substantial impact, if you feel one of your consumer’s financial situation is substantially negatively affected by this change, you may submit a request for exception, signed by the District Supervisor, to Mark Laird, Assistant Deputy Director.
Orientation and training will be provided on the policy prior to the effective date for all staff. If you have questions please contact Mark Laird, Assistant Deputy Director.
