Missouri Waiver Programs: Information for Participants & New Navigation Tool
The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) is pleased to announce the launch of a comprehensive new webpage, downloadable flyer, and interactive navigation tool designed to help individuals, families, and providers better understand Missouri’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs.
HCSB waivers allow qualifying participants to receive essential long-term care and support services within their homes or community settings rather than institutions or nursing facilities, promoting independent living and an enhanced quality of life.

- Interactive Missouri HCBS Waiver Navigation Tool, available on the new website, simplifies the waiver discovery process. By completing a few brief questions, individuals and caregivers receive personalized program matches, actionable next steps, and contact details for local agencies authorized to conduct formal assessments.
