DSS invited rural healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to participate in a series of informational webinars supporting Missouri’s implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). Missouri is launching Transformation of Rural Community Health (ToRCH) Care, the state’s coordinated model to enhance rural healthcare delivery and improve community outcomes.
There were four webinars hosted from April to May 2026. The webinars included an informational section, dedicated time for Q&A, and a testimonial from current ToRCH pilot partners. The presentations of the webinars are available below.
