If you have questions about your health plan, covered services, or your plan’s health care providers, you should reach out to your health plan directly:
Healthcare
We may be able to help you with certain medical costs. If you are approved for help, you will have healthcare coverage through Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). This healthcare coverage is different than Medicare and it can help with benefits not normally covered through that program, like nursing home care and personal care services.
NOTE: If you used to have healthcare coverage through MO HealthNet but you no longer do, you will need to apply for MO HealthNet again.

Family Support Division
The Family Support Division is responsible for administering public assistance programs including SNAP, Temporary Assistance, Medicaid, child support, blind services and other basic needs. We can also help you with finding and keeping a job through our employment & job training programs.

The Family Support Division (FSD) is a state-administered agency responsible by law for the administration of programs and services to help empower Missourians to live safe, healthy, and productive lives. The Director of the Family Support Division is appointed by the Director of the Department of Social Services.
