What is Electronic Visit Verification?
The CURES Act was designed to improve the quality of care provided to individuals, enhance quality control, and strengthen mental health parity. A portion of the bill (Section 12006) requires Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to be used for all Personal Care Services and Home Health Care Services delivered under the Medicaid program.
Regional Older Youth Advancement of Life Skills (ROYALS) Case Management Program
The ROYALS Case Management Program is an Older Youth Program providing specialized and intensive case management services to prepare youth to transition to adulthood. The ROYALS Case Management Program provides comprehensive support to older youth to ensure they have stable housing, employment, a support network, and other important life skills before exiting Children’s Division custody.
Safe Sleep Practices
The Children's Division requires the following recognized safe sleep practices to be used with all infants (children under one year of age) in foster care. As an approved relative caregiver or licensed resource provider you are required and must agree to use the safe sleep practices listed below with every infant placed in your care by the Division.

Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment
What is Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment (BCCT)?
MO HealthNet coverage is available for uninsured women under the age of 65 who have been screened and determined to need treatment for breast or cervical cancer by a provider. This includes treatment of certain pre-cancerous conditions and early-stage cancer.
The BCCT program is intended for women ineligible for all other MO HealthNet programs.
