If you have questions about the services available through the Family Support Division (FSD) or need additional assistance, please contact us by phone or visit your local FSD Resource Center.
FSD Information Center

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
FSD Automated Information Line
Check the status of your assistance application. You will need your Social Security Number and date of birth when calling.
Hours: Answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

While our Resource Centers are closed to the public, you can send in your documents by email or fax:
