MO HealthNet Division:
The health plan must ensure that an approved ILOS that was authorized for a member prior to the discontinuation of that specific ILOS is not disrupted by a change in ILOS offerings, either by completing the authorized service or by seamlessly transitioning the member into other medically necessary services or programs that meet the member’s needs. This transition plan must be provided to the state agency as part of the ILOS discontinuation process.
Providers do not have to utilize DCPro to perform MTM services. Other than to get dates of services, billing information, other stuff. When a participant meets specific disease-based criteria, a pharmacist may provide or cause to be provided, as allowed by the MBOP, a wide variety of MTM services to address specific treatment needs. Providers may utilize eMOMED or their billing software to bill for MTM services.

If you don’t have a ride to your scheduled appointment, you may be able to get a ride for free. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is a service for eligible MO HealthNet participants that provides transportation to covered MO HealthNet services.
A doula is a non-medical trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to you while you are pregnant. A doula provides support before, during, and up to a year after the delivery of your baby. The doula’s goal is to help you achieve the healthiest outcomes possible. A doula also works to ensure you feel safe, empowered, informed, respected, and heard throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
