Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic or Organization (CCBHC/CCBHO)
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Organizations (CCBHOs) offer services to MO HealthNet participants with serious mental illnesses, emotional disturbances, chronic addiction, and complex health conditions.

- What is Group Prenatal Care?
Group Prenatal Care (GPC) is a model of prenatal care facilitated by a trained healthcare provider (obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, or other obstetric care providers), delivered in a group setting, which integrates health assessments, education and skills building, and peer social support.
- How many pregnant individuals can participant in a Group Prenatal Care session?
Group Prenatal Care sessions generally include 8 to 10 pregnant patients of similar gestational age.
MO HealthNet Premium Payment FAQs
- What is a premium payment?
A premium payment is the amount you pay each month for you or your child's MO HealthNet coverage.
- Who has to make premium payments?
MO HealthNet participants with Medicaid coverage through certain eligibility groups have to make premium payments. These groups include Spend Down, Ticket to Work, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Managed Care Participants FAQ
- How can I find out if I have MO HealthNet coverage?
You need to be approved for MO HealthNet before you can receive services. If you do not currently have health care through MO HealthNet, you will need to see if you qualify and apply for services. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a letter from the Family Support Division. If you are eligible, you will receive a MO HealthNet Identification Card and information explaining the medical services available to you.
