NOTE: Eligible individuals whose sight is restored as a result of RSB services remain eligible for services until the IPE is completed and services are finished.  Once closed, the original terms of eligibility apply to any future application for services.

APPENDIX G:  Status "00"  

Per Executive Staff meeting 7-19/21-03, Status "00" will no longer be opened at State Office.  Status "00" cases will be tracked at the District Office level, with a time limit of 45 days before the case must be moved to "02" status.  Cases will be reported to State Office when they attain "02" status.
