Vendors help Hubs deliver what the community has identified as important by providing capabilities that may not exist locally, supporting implementation, and helping build the infrastructure needed to sustain transformation over time
Vendors may support Hubs by:
Providing technology and infrastructure that connects providers, community partners, and residents
Bringing technical expertise to design, launch, and improve Hub-selected programs
Supporting data, analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
How You Can Get Involved
- Register through the appropriate State procurement system
- Monitor open RHTP-related procurement opportunities
- Review all solicitation materials, amendments, and Q&A responses
- Submit proposals by required deadlines and in required formats
- Comply with State contracting, reporting, and performance requirements if awarded
