To speak with Rehabilitation Services for the Blind about our services, or ask for an application, you can:

• Call Rehabilitation Services for the Blind at 1-800-592-6004

If you want to apply for services through Rehabilitation Services for the Blind (RSB), a team member will set up a time to help you fill out your application.
