Hospital Pre-Certification
The inpatient certification process is a Web–based process that has made obtaining an inpatient certification more transparent for providers. Most inpatient certification requests are submitted through Conduent's CyberAccesssm or by phone or fax.
The toll free number is (800) 766-0686 and the fax number is (866) 629-0737.Phones are staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. If providers call during off hours or the line is busy, a message may be left. A return call will be made by the next business day.
