Electronic Health Record Incentives
The EHR Incentives Section of the MO HealthNet Division website has been designed to provide Medicaid providers and other stakeholders with comprehensive information about the Medicaid EHR incentive program in Missouri. Missouri has been engaged in a range planning and implementation activities in order to best respond to rules and regulations developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other federal agencies. Many program design and implementation decisions are contingent on expected guidance from the federal government. Therefore, this page will be updated frequently as additional guidance is received.

Important Dates
- March 30, 2013
- The last day for Eligible Professionals to submit an attestation to receive a Medicaid EHR incentive payment for Calendar Year 2012.
- March 2013
- Changes for program year 2013 are expected. Attestations for program year 2013 will not be accepted in the State Level Registry at this time in order to allow time to implement changes required by CMS guidelines.
