Provider Tools
These tools are designed to be used by providers. Each of these tools requires a unique user ID and password.
MHD and CONDUENT have introduced an electronic health record program called CyberAccesssm. CyberAccess offers many services to providers, including the ability to request or check status of a pre-certification request, review participant profiles, and check prescription drug coverage.
